Introduction
Perform activities related to Indirect Procurement to support Global operations.
Typically performs one or more of the following in capacity of an Individual Contributor.
Your Job
- Performs procurement activities related to the purchase of EDA tools and semiconductor IP licensing
- Works with stakeholders to understand requirements and conducts RFQ.
- Ensure all necessary documentations are in place such as NDA, GSA, SOW and meets company policies.
- Work with partners to ensure purchase requisitions accuracy and approve.
- Partner and support Global category heads in execution of strategies.
- Negotiates with vendors and make recommendations to stakeholders.
- Ensure renewals of contracts are done in a timely manner.
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
- Works on other projects and/or assignments as needed
Required Domain Experience
- Experience supporting procurement or vendor management for EDA tools, semiconductor IP licensing, or chip design infrastructure.
- Understanding of EDA licensing models (token-based, subscription, enterprise, cloud-enabled) and IP licensing structures (perpetual, per-project, multi-use, foundry-aligned).
- Familiarity with semiconductor development lifecycles, including RTL design, physical design flows, verification, and tapeout dependencies.
- Years 6-8 years of experience
- Working in US time zone ( 9pm- 5 am) - Remote
Additional Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Ariba SAP experience required
- Semiconductor experience required
- Icertis, Workdays, ServiceNow and Concur
- Procurement / GSC experience required
- Business language needs (English)
