Job Summary
Principal Technical Project Management, reporting to the Director of GFES (Global Fab Engineering Services) Program Management, is primarily responsible for governing and improving the foundation within the GlobalFoundries Remote Manufacturing organization. This role involves governing the operational performance of both the Malaysia and India sites, initiating new portfolios, and setting up project frameworks by advocating the right project management approach. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of project management, as well as the ability to work independently, including the capacity to work flexibly and adaptably in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Defining and controlling Operational KPI for the remote manufacturing sites
- Chairing Monthly Performance Reviews, including defining the agenda and following up on action items closure
- Regular KPI reporting to senior leadership
- Close collaboration with all GlobalFoundries Fab key stakeholders to define performance and utilization, including aligning the tasks transfer roadmap
- Working closely with Finance and HR, to ensure the organization's spending and hiring are within the given budget
- Spearhead new projects & initiatives within the organization

Qualifications
- Completed bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent
- 5 to 7 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing is preferred
- Strong project coordination skills, ability to demonstrate junior leadership capabilities
- String attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills at all levels of the organization
- Data-driven mindset with attention to details
- Strong sense of accountability
- Good skill set in utilizing presentation tools such as: PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, and other engaging presentation programs
