Prepare technical proposals, presentations, and reports for customers, sales, and management.
Provide training and guidance to junior engineers, sales, etc. as required.

Your Profile:
10+ years of relevant experience in application engineering, product development, or a related field with inclusive of 7 years of experience in a process development role, with a focus on Plano-Plano processing.
Experience working in a global organization is a plus.
Strong understanding of process development, manufacturing, and engineering principles.
Product and application knowledge for technical and optical glass and their properties esp. geometry of flat substrates.
Knowledge of the market and industry trends.
Understanding of customer needs and requirements.
