Principal Commodity Analyst, Global Supply Management

Key responsibilities include the following:

• Support the global sourcing strategy for Test Wafers/Reclaim as part of the Substrates Global Team.
• Perform market and supplier analysis, and understand supply market conditions and dynamics.
• Analyze and manage contractual agreements, and develop negotiation strategies to support cost reduction goals.
• Maintain and leverage supplier relationships, identifying opportunities for cost optimization.
• Interface with global/regional sourcing and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with sourcing strategies and leverage global vs regional opportunities.
• Support other projects and/or assignments as needed.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
• 3-5 years in sourcing, commodity management, contract negotiations, supplier relationship management.
• Global team experience, ideally in the semiconductor industry
• Positive attitude
• Strong negotiation skills
• Proficient in data analysis, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Available for night calls
