Key responsibilities in your new role
- Responsible for handling Equipment Workflow Automation (MES, Load & Go, Continuous Lot Processing)
- Responsible for handling 4M Automation (4M & Sigle Item Identification, Tracking & Traceability)
- Accountable for EQ Integration (SECS/GEM, Non-SECS/GEM, Cluster Controller) and Process Control Automation (Recipe Mgmt, Sampling, Metrology, SPC, FDC)
- Accountable for Data Intelligence (Reports, Dashboards, Knowledge Management, Self Healing)
- Drive harmonized requirements
- Drive solution proposal by working with Toolbox Owners towards an autonomous factory
- Drive solution implementation by working with the project team
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Systems Engineering, IT, Computer Science or Engineering
- At least 5 years experience in lights out semiconductor manufacturing implementation
- Experience from conceptual design to full scale autonomous operations is an added advantage
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams from cross regions, including external vendors
- Good communication skills across all levels of corporate hierarchy
- Able to visualize long-term big picture with fitting short-term executions
- Able to simplify technical presentations for C-suite executives while giving clear instructions to shop floor technicians
- Good analytical skills and ability to visualize physical vs logical model
