This is your new job:
- Be part of a European R&D team
- Work in an engaged multi-cultural team with global footprint, co-operate with internal and external development and production partners
- Having as Package Architect the leading responsibility for functionality and performance of Semiconductor Products
- Act as technical first level support onsite
- Lead small technical projects
- Support our OSATS technically
- Interfacing to global package and assembly development community
- Collect technical customer needs, market trends and benchmarking information
- Propose own innovative solutions
- Support all Business Group functions with package expertise
This is you:
- Master's degree or PhD in Semiconductor Packaging, Chemistry, Physics, Materials Technology, Mechanical Engineering or similar
- Strong leadership skills and proactive mindset
- Strong skills in architectural thinking, critical judgement and fast and structured problem solving
- Energetic and result driven, technical Leader with ambition to grow
- Excellent communication skills and team player within global, intercultural environment
- Interested in a technical career ladder which offers same compensation potential like the management career path
- Fluent Business English
- Mandarin will be appreciated
- Experience in simulating (thermomechanical) will be appreciated
