Job Description
- Guide and support a growing team of engineers with technical expertise and mentorship.
- Assist internal clients by providing testing infrastructure for their software development process.
- Create, enhance, and maintain tools using Python, as well as web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript. Participate in coding and code reviews.
- Apply and uphold DevOps best practices.
- Collaborate across departments, including R&D, manufacturing, and teams from different global locations like the USA and India.
- Take on the role of Project Manager and Scrum Master to ensure projects are completed on time and as planned.
- Work primarily on-site with occasional opportunities for remote work.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Principal Software Engineer Should Have
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python programming language.
- Familiarity with semiconductor industry practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- A deep understanding of software development principles.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
