In this role, you will support the office in providing strategic guidance while rigorously monitoring and tracking the execution of strategic initiatives and transformational projects across the organization. This role requires an experienced leader with a strategic lens and an eye for detail coupled with project management, change management, and strategic planning. You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment with the organisation's vision and objectives, driving continuous improvement and fostering a culture of innovation and agility.

Key Areas Of Responsibilities

Performance Management

  • Monitor and track the progress of each target on the corporate scorecard
  • Assist the CCO in translating strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth by developing, communicating, and executing PayNet's strategic initiatives
  • Ensure that objectives are met by coordinating efforts across divisions, if required
  • Review account and relationship plans for key partners and provide the CCO with insights on progress, challenges, and potential opportunities
  • Prepare key performance and strategic updates for PGMC and the BOD
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, ensuring open lines of communication and addressing concerns proactively

Programme Management

  • Develop dashboard and tracking tools to ease monitoring and tracking of the Division's KPIs
  • Identify issues and bottlenecks in project execution and work collaboratively with relevant internal stakeholders to overcome obstacles, fostering a problem-solving mindset across PayNet
  • Act as a strategic problem solver, tackling complex challenges, bridge departmental silos, assembling and leading diverse teams with expertise relevant to the problem at hand to foster creative and effective solutions
  • Manage day-to-day discussion with cross-functional teams to gather information and problem-solve key issues
  • Collaborate and facilitate cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of strategic projects, if required

Strategic Analytics

  • Conduct benchmarking, analysis of best practices and market insights to analyse data and market trends for sharing with targeted partners during business review exercise
  • Perform in-depth analysis of partners performance and growth, going beyond data points available in database, and develop dashboards to visualize performance trends
  • Conduct market research on technological advancements and digital payment trends to provide strategic insights and identify potential opportunities for PayNet and its partners
  • Proactively identify and mitigate emerging trends, potential risks, and disruptive forces while staying ahead of the curve with industry's best practices, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies

Strategic Execution & Operational Excellence

  • Lead and support strategic initiatives and ad-hoc projects, including business case development, stakeholders alignment, and implementation planning
  • Manage key deliverables such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM), budget management, tracking of corporate scorecard, and update on division ID management
  • Monitor performance metrics and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, technology or a related field
  • More than 7 years of work experience
  • Ability to articulate complex ideas effectively
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to synthesise information into actionable insights
  • Strong business acumen and a demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically
  • Proven experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion
