- Design high-quality printed circuit boards (PCBs) for advanced semiconductor test equipment and customer load boards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (hardware, SI/PI, manufacturing) to translate requirements into robust PCB designs
- Interpret design specifications and ensure compliance with IPC standards, DFM, DFA, and DFT requirements
- Perform circuit analysis, design verification, and simulation to ensure optimal performance
- Create, maintain, and validate PCB library components
- Work closely with manufacturing teams to resolve PCB-related issues and drive continuous process improvements
- Liaise with PCB fabricators on engineering questions, technical requirements, stack-ups, quotations, and quality matters
- Ensure timely delivery of designs in line with project schedules and milestones
For Senior roles:
- Drive continuous improvement in design methodologies, tools, and processes
- Mentor and coach junior engineers and interns, elevating overall team capability
- Lead knowledge sharing sessions and establish design best practices
- Act as a technical reference point for PCB-related decisions within the organization
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of PCB design experience (Fresh graduates with strong fundamentals are encouraged to apply as Junior PCB designer)
- Solid understanding of PCB design principles, including high-speed considerations is an advantage
- Familiarity with PCB design tools (e.g., PADs) and simulation tools is an added advantage
- Knowledge of DFM, DFA, DFT, and IPC standards
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work across cross-functional teams
- Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and eagerness to learn
- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of leading initiatives independently
Why Join Us
