Responsibilities:
- Drive and maximize sales performance to consistently achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Building, maintaining, and expanding relationships with clients through personalized consultations, follow-ups, and tailored service.
- Engaging clients in-store, presenting suitable timepiece options, and ensuring a seamless purchasing experience.
- Build and establish strong relationships with VIP clients.
- Manage client portfolios and CRM system, maintain accurate records of interactions.
- Handle clients feedback, inquiries and service requests, coordinate after-sales support.
- Collaborating with Marketing team on client events, and contributing to initiatives that enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensure in-store training on product & brand knowledge are conducted in a timely manner and facilitate the sharing of knowledge after each Brand training.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years relevant working experience preferably in luxury retailing, airline or fashion industry.
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Analytical skills to understand client profiles, identify opportunities, and support data-driven client relationship strategies.
- Ability to build trust, maintain confidentiality, and manage long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in spoken and written of English, Mandarin & Malay.
- Honest, responsible, team player and outgoing personality with strong desire to excel in achieving targets.
- Must be well-groomed, customer-oriented, presentable and have a pleasant personality.
- This position is to be based at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
