Private Duty Nurse

This position is adirect private hire by a familyfor the provision of dedicated nursing care to a pediatric patient with medical and developmental needs. Care is delivered within a professionally managed home-care setting in Kuala Lumpur , Malaysia, supported by an established care coordination structure. This is a full-time, on-site role for aPrivate Duty Nurselocated in Kuala Lumpur , Malaysia. The Private Duty Nurse will provide one-on-one nursing care to a pediatric patient in a home setting. Responsibilities include monitoring and managing medical conditions, administering medications and treatments, performing nursing procedures, assisting with personal care needs, and supporting daily activities.

The role requires close collaboration with theComprehensive Care Manager, as well as effective communication with the patient's family and relevant healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and consistent care.

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification
• Experience or strong interest in private duty nursing, home care, or pediatric care
• Sound knowledge of nursing practices, medication administration, and patient monitoring
• Ability to follow care plans accurately and escalate concerns appropriately
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while functioning as part of a care team
• Experience in home healthcare or special needs care is an advantage
