THE COMPANY
Our Client is a renowned organisation in the Metal Components industry with a strong presence worldwide. They are looking for a Process Development Manager as part of their expansion plans in Malaysia, reporting to the Operations Director.
THE ROLE
The Process Development Manager is responsible for:
- Lead process development projects to optimize stamping and fastener manufacturing operations.
- Implement Lean tools (Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping) to reduce waste and improve productivity.
- Champion continuous improvement culture across engineering and production teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality, reduce cycle times, and improve cost efficiency.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in metal stamping, fasteners, or precision components industry.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and CI methodologies.
- Demonstrated leadership in process development and engineering management.
