Epsilon Medical Devices Sdn Bhd, a leading manufacturer of medical devices, is seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our dynamic team in Kamunting, Perak. As a Process Engineer, you will play a crucial role in optimising and streamlining our manufacturing processes, ensuring the efficient and high-quality production of our innovative medical products.

Role Description

  1. Responsible and assure the achievement of management and manufacturing objective

through the proper selection, development, training and motivation for operation.

2. Responsible on the continuously plan and improve of the work environment, methods,

products, process, effectiveness and resource utilization and critically review and monitor

operation results.

3. Responsible, plan and coordinate of the efficient material and waste control system.

4.Establish the Design History Record and follow up project status and ensure project status is

in schedule.

5. Support all the process in production by carry out the improvement process, study on cost down and progress JIT for assembly line.

6. Designing, developing, and implementing efficient manufacturing processes and systems.

7. Analysing and improving existing production processes to enhance quality, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.

8. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve process-related issues.

9. Providing technical support and training to production staff to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.

10. Conducting process audits and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

11. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to identify opportunities for process innovation.

12. Ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory standards and quality control measures.

Qualifications

  1. A bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a process engineering role, preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.

3. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.

4. Proficient in using process simulation software, data analysis tools, and project management techniques.

5. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

6. Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

7. Familiarity with relevant regulatory standards and industry best practices
