We are seeking a motivated Process Engineer to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Conduct process simulations and analyses to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure processes align with product specifications and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Provide technical support for production, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Monitor process performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in process engineering or related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, HYSYS).
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control methodologies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
