What You'll Be Doing
Evyap is seeking a Process Engineer to optimize production processes, ensuring efficient operations, compliance with safety and ISO standards, and continuous improvement to achieve production targets.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist head Of Department (HOD) to monitor daily production floor activities and efficiency To review the existing production process, control safety protocols and lead SHE activities
- Monitor and control the scrap rate in the production line
- Control all the production records and ISO documentations at the workplace
- Daily control to manage the stock levels (RM, PM, FG)
- Responsible for production area housekeeping and cleanliness
- Manage and schedule the working pattern for the production team
- Assist the HOD in investment, improvement and cost saving related projects
- To work closely with Maintenance, E&l department to ensure that the production line is operating optimally to achieve production target.
- Monitor & review the performance of the staff and coordinate staff training to ensure safe and efficient performance.
- Actively involved in root cause (RCA) analysis, CAPA and Risk assessment studies for quality complaints or incidents
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and align maintenance activities with operational goals to reduce downtime and ensure efficiency.
- Assist head Of Department (HOD) to monitor daily production floor activities and efficiency

Job Requirements
- Minimum a Degree or Master Degree in Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of process & production experience in FMCG industry.
- Computer literate.
- Skilled in problem solving, process improvement, safety & quality standards.
- Good communication skills, with analytical mind and good at resolving problems to perform quality requirements.
- ISO 9001, GMP. OHSAS, HACCP, FSSC knowledge will be added advantages.
- DCS & SCADA control knowledge.
- SAP & Microsoft Office.
