What You'll Be Doing
Evyap is seeking an Fresh Process Engineer to work closely with leadership team and other functions to support and add value to the strategic business decisions. Responsible for evaluating existing processes and configuring system to reduce cost, improvement sustainability and develop best practise within production processes.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure all activities that are carried out are following ESM Integrated Management System requirements (ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, GMP+, GMP, HACCP, EFfCI GMP for Cosmetic Ingredients, ISO 22716, KOSHER, HALAL, RSPO and MSPO)
- To ensure all environmental, health and safety rules and guidelines are being adhered to and maintain high safety standard and a safe working environment in Flaker Beader plant
- To control and monitor the process, ensure high efficiency and high-quality product produce to meet customer expectation of Flaker Beader plant.
- To ensure all personal safety, PPE and emergency equipment's are well always maintained in Flaker Beader plant. Initiate plant safety inspection and ensure all issue raised, action taken within time specified for Flaker Beader plant.
- To lead in all HSE activities for Flaker Beader plant and ensure all PPE & safety equipment are regularly inspected and are able to function at all times.
- To support in ISO 9001, GMP B2+, HACCP, FSS and Process Safety Management by practicing them accordingly to ensure full compliance with the requirements as stipulated in the system. Ensure ISO Procedure are updated and adhere to by regular checks for Flaker Beader plant.
- To optimized process efficiency and equipment performance to improve plant productivity of Flaker Beader plant.
- To carry out systematic trials or experiment to improve process, product quality, efficiency and productivity of Flaker Beader plant.
- To monitor status for all observation raised for all type inspections, ensure all actions are taken within time specified and updated the status to document controller of Flaker Beader plant.
- Institute plant policies and procedures, direct training programs and complete employee performance reviews for Flaker Beader plant.
- Organize, coordinate and control the production process to produce according to the monthly production plan of Flaker Beader plant.
- Assist to liaise with purchasing & logistic department to monitor and control the stocks of direct material to always ensure sufficient stock for Flaker Beader plant.
- To work closely with Maintenance, Electrical & Instrument Service Department to ensure that Flaker Beader plant is operating optimally to achieved production target.
- Maintaining and updating the SAP production of Flaker Beader plant as per planned and any other activities regarding the SAP.
Job Requirements
- Minimum a Degree or Master Degree in Chemical Engineering.
- Computer literate.
- Good communication skills, with analytical mind and good at resolving problems to perform quality requirements.
- ISO 9001, SAP. OHSAS, HACCP, FSSC knowledge will be added advantages.
- DCS & SCADA control knowledge.
- SAP & Microsoft Office.
