Process Engineer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Qualify new products, materials, and methods in line with engineering changes.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of wafer process flow and mechanisms, and collaborate with the team to identify and prioritize key processes to achieve:
• Quality improvements (e.g., wafer cracks, wafer handling issues, electrical failures, etc.)
• Productivity improvements (e.g., production output, operational efficiency, etc.)
• Cost reduction initiatives (e.g., material optimization, energy-saving programs, etc.)
• Support troubleshooting of non-conforming products to restore and maintain product quality.
• Sustain and continuously improve key process variables (inputs and outputs).
• Ensure achievement of quality standards and production targets set by Management.
• Participate in new equipment setup, commissioning, and qualification activities.
• Train and certify engineers-in-training in performing their roles and responsibilities.
• Develop and propose innovative ideas and solutions to improve yield performance.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field, or equivalent qualification.
• 12 years of working experience in semiconductor manufacturing and wafer processing would be an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Self-motivated team player who can work independently with strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
