YOUR ROLE

  • Lead or contribute to quality investigations and continuous improvement programs targeting chronic LDI-related defects (e.g., registration errors, line width/space variations, false exposures). Implement permanent corrective actions to ensure imaging quality and improve process robustness.
  • Enforce real-time online process controls and strict adherence to LDI work instructions, including laser power calibration, focus/leveling settings, and data preparation protocols. Maintain hands-on, deeply engaged presence on the production floor.
  • Monitor and analyze SPC charts for critical LDI parameters (e.g., dose uniformity, critical dimension, overlay accuracy). Drive ongoing improvements in process control and capability.
  • Ensure timely and effective disposition of non-conforming lots (e.g., misalignment, under/over-exposure) to minimize cycle time impact and rework costs.
  • Conduct regular reviews and updates of OCAP (Out of Control Action Plan), FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), and Control Plans specifically for LDI tools and processes.
  • Guarantee timely updates of all LDI-related procedures, work instructions, and operating manuals. Ensure effective implementation across shifts.
  • Train and guide technicians in LDI process fundamentals, troubleshooting methodologies, and data analysis to build technical competency and enable self-sufficiency in daily operations.
  • Take full ownership of LDI process performance, demonstrating strong accountability and teamwork with equipment maintenance, quality, and production teams.

Your Skills & Experiences

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in Physics / Chemistry / Material Science/ Mechanical / Electronic or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Knowledge on semiconductor process technology.
  • Possess strong technical competencies in his field of study.
  • Good knowledge of statistical and quality tools.
  • Able to work under pressure and with strong commitment at work.
  • Experience with software applications such as MS Power Point, Excel and Word.
  • Experience with Lithography tools (Optional)
