About the Role
As a Process Engineer, you will ensure control items in PCP are fully implement in daily operation. Follow up and improve process stability, capacity and quality.
Responsibilities
- Identify, diagnose and resolve manufacturing process related issues to ensure smooth productivity.
- Coordinate and executive process, equipment and material evaluation / optimization initiatives and implement changes at process area.
- Lead and participate in continuous yield improvement and cost reduction activities. Follow up related to KPI.
- Participate in setting up process to meet Critical to Quality Requirements, Cpk, Yield, and Quality targets.
- Learn and apply problem solving for Root Cause Analysis/Finding using 5M + 1E, 5 Whys, DMAIC, 8D approach/methodology.
- Perform data analysis by using data statistical analysis software; JMP/Minitab.
- Initiate process DOE, FMEA and Risk Assessment when there is a change in process parameter or customer feedback.
- Establish and update engineering documentation as needed: SOP, WI, FMEA, RFC (OCAP), Check sheet, and Control Plan for related process.
- Report any non-conformance/customer complaint issue and develop/follow up the improvement actions.
- Follow up and verify new product running at process area and ensure machine parameter set up is suitable.
- Provide necessary OPL & conduct training for production team (Team Leader and Supervisor) accordingly when there is process amendment or improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of related working experience in semiconductor industry.
