To maintain effective working relationship with all departments.
To understand and master all process design basis (process description, operation parameters, in process quality, intermediate product quality, finished product quality, control strategy, HMB, PFD and P&ID) for all process / operation, plant equipment's characteristic and its engineering design specification, all finished products quality specification and application.
To develop process block diagram which contain mass balance with Fatty Acid Composition.
To closely monitor all process / operation performances by timely and effective data (process and quality) collection and analysis.
To provide regular process / operation performance reports.
To optimize and improve all process / operation performance on EHS, quality, yield, productivity, cost, operation-ability and maintainability.
To provide technical supports to Production Department.
To know the detail of all production upset incidents
Job Requirement:
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering
Proactive, positive attitude, effective people skills, strong in analytical skills, project management and effective reporting / presentation.
