We are looking for an experienced Process Engineer with sheet metal bending experience who will be responsible for analyzing, designing and optimizing manufacturing processes.
Position: Process Engineer
Status: Contract 6 months under PERSOLKELLY Workforce Solutions Malaysia Sdn Bhd & will be converted to Permanent upon client decision.
Location: Taman Teknologi, Senai, Johor

Salary: RM3,200
Allowances: Transport (RM500) & Mobile (RM50)
Working days: Monday to Friday
Working Time: 8.30am - 5.30pm

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in process engineering, with experience on bending processes in a metal fabrication environment.
- Can work under minimum supervision.
- Able to start immediately.
- Good written and oral English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Fast Learning and have initiative to solve the problem.
- Proactive and reliable person.
- Occasional travel to supplier sites, customer locations, or other company facilities may be required.
Job Scope:
- Developing, configuring and optimizing industrial processes from inception through to start up and mass release (MR).
- Evaluate existing manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Design and implement improvement to products, processes, materials, or equipment leading to yield improvements and enhance the utility, quality, reliability or cost effectiveness.
- Utilize data analysis and process simulations to develop solutions that enhance process performance.
- Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output.
- Manage cost-time constraints.
- Perform risk assessments.
- Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, including standard operating procedures and process flow diagrams.
- Work closely with design, quality, and production teams to implement process changes and improvements.
- Provide training and support to production staff on new processes, equipment, and best practices.
