Job Responsibilities
Experience in plastic painting, spray coating, silk screen printing, pad (tampo) printing, or plastic surface finishing.
Experience in automotive, medical device, electronics, or precision plastic manufacturing is preferred.
Experience in process development, process validation, and production support.
Develop, optimize, and maintain spraying, silk screen printing, and pad (tampo) printing processes.
Establish and optimize process parameters to achieve stable production and consistent quality.
Troubleshoot process and quality issues, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve yield, reduce defects, minimize material consumption, and enhance production efficiency.
Develop and maintain engineering documentation including Process Flow, PFMEA, Control Plan, Work Instructions and SOPs.
Evaluate and qualify new paints, inks, coatings, chemicals, and related process materials.
Work closely with Production, Quality, Tooling, Maintenance, Purchasing, and customers to support production and quality objectives.
Support customer audits, quality system compliance, and engineering change implementation.
Monitor process capability and implement improvement actions based on data analysis.
Participate in cost reduction, productivity improvement, and manufacturing excellence projects.
Experience / Skill Required:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in plastic painting, spray coating, silk screen printing, pad (tampo) printing, or plastic surface finishing.
Experience in the automotive, medical device, electronics, or precision plastic manufacturing industry is preferred.
Strong communication skills.
Self-motivated and self-discipline.
Knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485 and IATF 16949.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
