Process Engineer

The candidate for this position will be responsible for monitoring the operations of our systems, including quality and compliance. The candidate should also be able to recommend improvements to the process through the tracking of metrics and reporting of data. The candidate should definitely have strong technical abilities in order to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

• Assist to organize, implement, and monitor production activities, including production requirements, process parameters, quality, equipment, cost, and output targets to ensure stable manufacturing operations.
• Assist to analyze and resolve production line issues, and drive process capability enhancement and manufacturing stability improvement.
• Lead new product DOE validation and qualification support; drive the introduction of new processes, products, and materials while supporting APQP and PPAP activities.
• Manage yield performance and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance packaging and testing yields.
• Support customer audits to ensure process compliance with customer requirements and quality standards.
• Evaluate, qualify, and optimize indirect materials to improve material utilization and manufacturing efficiency.
• Lead production and customer issue investigations, drive root cause analysis, and implement corrective improvement actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering
• Familiarity with process control
• Good command of English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
