Process Engineer (UHT)

Job Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of production, logistics, warehouse, inventory and maintenance activities in factory.
• Responsible for optimum utilization of manpower, machineries and materials.
• Implement and review staff efficiency and factory performance in accordance with KPI target/ budget.
• Plan, organize, implement and monitor factory's policies to ensure smooth flow of work and communication.
• To ensure strict compliance of production procedures and safety requirements.
• Establish service standards to meet customers requirements and continuous improvements.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Degree in Electrical & Electronics/Mechanical Engineering, Food Technology and related degree.
• Preferably with more than 10 years experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Possess strong leadership and capability to plan, organize, implement, lead and supervise day to day production activities.
• Experience in implementing of ISO/HACCP & GMP is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Independent and willing to work at Bagan Datoh, Perak.
