Principal Responsibilities:

• Cash Application: Accurately apply incoming payments to customer accounts in a timely manner.
• Billing and Invoicing: Handle invoice adjustments, credit/debit memos, and resolve any billing discrepancies.
• Proactively follow up with customers for outstanding payments via email or calls (in both English and Mandarin).
• Utilize SAP S/4HANA for cash application, AR reporting, and transaction processing.

Requirement:

• Degree in Finance Graduate with 1 - 3 years.
• Skill in Cash Application process, O2C Closing, Running of AR report, Collections, billing.
• With Hands on in SAP S/4HANA is an added advantage
