My client is a globally recognised electronics manufacturing services provider with a strong presence in Malaysia. They are currently looking for a Process Support Manager to lead industrial engineering initiatives, cost-saving projects and drive operational efficiency within their plant in Klang (Selangor). This role offers a great opportunity to contribute to high-impact manufacturing projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Your new role

• Cross-function cooperation and daily job arrangement for the whole section.
  
• Major equipment issue analysis and handling as well as FACA report compiling.
  
• Manpower Competence assessment as well as working discipline setting and improvement.
  
• High sense of responsibility in optimising SMT line productivity.
  
• Control the Mounter placement/ pickup rete and PCBA daily output (OEE) to ensure the production commitment from Customers demand.
  
• Department KPI setting and actualisation plan making.
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor degree in Electronics or Mechanical manufacturing
  
  
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin is a MUST to liaise with international stakeholders.
  
  
• A minimum of 10 years experience in SMT process/ SMT Engineering Management is a plus.
  
• Familiar with SMT machine management, familiar with Panasonic mounting machine, DEK Printer, KohYoung/ Parmi SPI, ViTrox, and Rehm Reflow.
  
• Demonstrated organising ability, experienced in equipment and manpower management.
  
• High sense of responsibility and good communication ability, as well as outstanding leadership.
