Process Technician (Advanced Packaging Fan Out Team)

Job Responsibilities:

-Support process or metrology engineers to secure the quality of the assigned process and data collection with correct materials and tooling.

-Hands-on in process operation, data collection, and basic process setup or tuning under process engineer guidance.

-Follow exactly the established process recipes and instructions on traveller, or SWR (special work request), or DOE matrix per alignment with PE/PIE team, and collect data accordingly.

-Timely inform related equipment partner on equipment alarm and down cases, and support equipment troubleshooting and buy-off as needed.

-Conduct daily or established health checklists of the assigned process to monitor closely on process stability, with double-checking materials life and tooling health.

-Work closely with equipment engineering, production, and other relevant groups to provide effective and time-to-delivery process quality with established and aligned critical process outputs.

-Adapt to needed flexibility to deal with unexpected challenges in both technical and over time to secure a full loop process cycle time.

-Able to work in a rotational shift work as and when needed.

-Must have a sense of urgency with proactive technical learning and time planning to complete the task on time

Qualification

-Education: Diploma and major in Material Science & Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Bio-Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Other Engineering Fields.

-Language: Basic English reading, writing, and speaking ability

-Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of industrial experience with at least hands-on process and data collection experience in the Semicon Industry.

-Basic understanding of process, materials, micro-scope inspection, data collection, and basic equipment operation and their impact on processing o quality.

-Dare to raise the flag timely and ask questions with a self-improvement mindset and proactive learning.

-Able to work in Batu Kawan with manageable transportation time.
