Process Technician (Bumping)

1. Production line process monitor on shift to meet planned KPIs goal, work more efficiency.
2. Execute exactly according Spec, WI, OPL and BKM to maintain process.
3. Process ramp up and conversion to support production volume loading.
4. Perform monitor / CAL of production process and process tooling.
5. Provide technical support / solutions to resolve process related issues.
6. Meet all company requirements on 5s, quality, EHS and discipline.
7. Conduct training to new technician.
8. Perform other duties as required assigned by supervisor and process Manager.

Job Qualifications:

• Diploma and major in Physical, Chemistry, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering
• Basic communication skill and good learning and feedback ability.
• Basic English reading and writing ability. Mandarin speaking is an added advantage.
• 46 years industrial working experience.
• Familiar with equipment operation and know basic process experience.
