Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate new product proposals and product listings for the accessories category.
- Conduct market surveys and price comparisons to ensure competitive pricing.
- Source and shortlist suitable suppliers and manufacturers.
- Negotiate pricing, quantities, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Monitor warehouse and store inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock availability.
- Follow up and ensure timely delivery of products from suppliers.
- Monitor sales performance and assist in demand forecasting and product planning.
- Prepare and review reports, sales analysis, and forecasts together with counterparts.
- Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers and internal departments.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth coordination and timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain proper procurement records and documentation.
- Perform other related duties and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of working experience are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in procurement, retail, or FMCG industry would be an added advantage.
- Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
