Procurement Analyst Manager (Retail Group)

Lead and mentor a team responsible for generating procurement insights, analytics, and reporting, ensuring the delivery of accurate and impactful business intelligence.

Analyze key performance trends such as product seasonality, inventory movement, supplier fulfillment performance, and stock availability, translating data into meaningful insights to support informed decision-making.

Collaborate closely with procurement teams and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure reporting outputs are accurate, relevant, and aligned with business needs.

Proactively identify patterns, potential risks, and growth opportunities within procurement data, providing recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement.

Strong analytical mindset with confidence in working with data to support business decisions.

Ability to interpret data and translate numerical insights into clear, actionable recommendations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.

Well-organized, proactive, and solution-oriented, with a strong focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Experience in procurement, retail, supply chain, operations, or business analytics would be an added advantage.

Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, BI tools, or other data analytics platforms is highly desirable.

Ability to communicate in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
