Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team responsible for generating procurement insights, analytics, and reporting, ensuring the delivery of accurate and impactful business intelligence.

  • Analyze key performance trends such as product seasonality, inventory movement, supplier fulfillment performance, and stock availability, translating data into meaningful insights to support informed decision-making.

  • Collaborate closely with procurement teams and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure reporting outputs are accurate, relevant, and aligned with business needs.

  • Proactively identify patterns, potential risks, and growth opportunities within procurement data, providing recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement.

  • Ability to interpret data and translate numerical insights into clear, actionable recommendations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Well-organized, proactive, and solution-oriented, with a strong focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.

  • Experience in procurement, retail, supply chain, operations, or business analytics would be an added advantage.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, BI tools, or other data analytics platforms is highly desirable.

  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
