Overview
This is a dynamic role that requires an individual who can thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end IT procurement and vendor operations in Southeast Asia, ensuring cost efficiency, operational excellence, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end to end procurement process from business request, to vendor verification and selection, RFQ, contract , PO and settlement., project delivery, and vendor management of IT procurement across Southeast Asian countries for Lazada. This includes hardware, software, Tele-communication and maintenance services.
Drive cost optimization initiatives and implementing diversified cost-saving strategies in collaboration with business stakeholders.
Adhere to the Procurement SOPs and guidelines. Ensure procurement processes are transparent, ethical, and fully compliant with legal requirements and internal compliance policies.
Requirements
Job Requirements
3-5 years of experience in IT procurement, particularly within the Southeast Asian market.
Strong problem-solving capabilities with the ability to operate independently under pressure and deliver results across diverse business needs.
High level of integrity, accountability, and a collaborative mindset.
Fluent in English. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
