Overview
This is a dynamic role that requires an individual who can thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end IT procurement and vendor operations in Southeast Asia, ensuring cost efficiency, operational excellence, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
ꔷ Manage the end to end procurement process from business request, to vendor verification and selection, RFQ, contract , PO and settlement., project delivery, and vendor management of IT procurement across Southeast Asian countries for Lazada. This includes hardware, software, Tele-communication and maintenance services.
ꔷ Drive cost optimization initiatives and implementing diversified cost-saving strategies in collaboration with business stakeholders.
ꔷ Adhere to the Procurement SOPs and guidelines. Ensure procurement processes are transparent, ethical, and fully compliant with legal requirements and internal compliance policies.
Requirements
Job Requirements
ꔷ 3-5 years of experience in IT procurement, particularly within the Southeast Asian market.
ꔷ Strong problem-solving capabilities with the ability to operate independently under pressure and deliver results across diverse business needs.
ꔷ High level of integrity, accountability, and a collaborative mindset.
ꔷ Fluent in English. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
