Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct demand analysis and formulate procurement strategies for mechanical, electrical, and electronic components, and expand the local supplier resource pool.
  2. Control procurement costs for the category, including price negotiations, cost structure analysis, and related tasks, ensuring reasonable costs and competitive advantages while mitigating supply chain risks.
  3. Perform market analysis, risk management, supplier relationship management, and contract administration for the assigned category to reduce supply chain risks.
  4. Manage suppliers, including sourcing, onboarding, performance evaluation, and optimizing the supplier base to enhance service, quality, and cost, meeting the company's business needs.
  5. Support R&D projects and other internal stakeholders by deeply understanding requirements and providing early-phase R&D and project support for categories such as mechanical and electrical components.
  6. Support quality improvement in supply, and coordinate cross-departmental efforts with planning, logistics, and project teams.
  7. Implement procurement management systems and operational procedures, drive continuous process improvement, and enhance work efficiency.
  8. Perform other procurement-related tasks and assigned duties.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Business or a related field from a full-time university.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, with at least 3 years in procurement or project management for electromechanical systems/components.
  3. Familiar with the performance, characteristics, and industry standards of medical electromechanical components and systems; capable of independently analyzing cost structures, negotiating pricing, and effectively supporting R&D component selection.
  4. High integrity, team player, able to work under pressure and undertake business travel as required.
  5. Proficient in English, with strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills both internally and externally, and excellent execution ability.
