Job Description:

  • Manage sourcing and procurement activities for logistics operational equipment, warehouse setup, facility services, consumables, and operational support categories.
  • Coordinate closely with warehouse leads, Operations, Inventory Operations, Finance, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements, project timelines, and procurement priorities.
  • Execute end-to-end procurement workflows, including sourcing, quotation comparison, commercial negotiation, vendor onboarding, purchase request processing, and payment coordination to ensure timely operational support.
  • Support warehouse expansion and operational projects by managing procurement activities under dynamic timelines and evolving requirements.
  • Maintain vendor relationships and monitor supplier performance, pricing competitiveness, service quality, and business continuity risks.
  • Analyze sourcing data, pricing trends, and procurement spending to support cost optimization and operational efficiency initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Regional and local stakeholders on procurement governance, sourcing strategies, and operational improvement initiatives.
  • Support tendering, commercial evaluation, and sourcing analysis for high-value procurement projects and operational transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure procurement documentation, approval workflows, and sourcing activities comply with company policies and governance requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, warehouse operations support, logistics operations, or related operational functions.
  • Experience handling operational procurement categories such as warehouse setup, logistics equipment, facility services, or consumables is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex and evolving business requirements.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively across multiple stakeholders, including warehouse operations, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Good commercial understanding in sourcing, quotation comparison, vendor evaluation, and cost analysis.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in both Thai and English.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and operational priorities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets experience with procurement systems or sourcing platforms is a plus.
  • Experience in e-Commerce, logistics, warehouse operations, or fast-growing operational environments will be an advantage.
