About The Role

Location: Bandar Enstek, Negeri Sembilan

Reports to: Head of Procurement

What You'll Do

As a Procurement executive, you'll support the Procurement Head with Supply Diversity, Supply Risk Management, Tendering analytics, Supplier development, Contract & Supplier Performance Evaluation and different strategic and productivity project management.

Project Management:

• Conduct regular engagement with Procurement Category leads and stakeholders for smooth execution of projects on a timely manner
• Prepare project charter with business case and track progress via different project management tools.
• Prepare monthly reports on project status and call out risks (if any) on delivery and financials
• Engage with suppliers and category leads to highlight key milestones, deliverables and success factors of the projects

Supply Diversity and Supply Risk Management

• Support different categories in driving identified mitigating actions for Supply Risk
• Conduct supply market analysis for materials and services to identify potential alternative sources
• Conduct necessary RFI based on Category requirements and do shortlisting of capable sources
• Supply Risk Management of critical items and bottleneck items

Contract and Supplier Performance Management:

• Monitoring the Contract deliverables and KPI for critical and strategic materials/services.
• Engage with Stakeholders and Procurement Category leads for timely KPI ratings and performance review.
• Check and ensure all strategic and critical contracts are covered with SMART KPI metrics.
• Complete Supplier Evaluation and Contract Performance ratings on time.
• Generate and present monthly/quarterly Supplier Evaluation

Tender / Bidding Process support and Analytics

• Support as an analyst of Strategic and Big bet tenders and bidding process
• Engage in Bottler CAPEX projects
• Support Category leads in new supplier development and authorization process.
• Provide baseline analytics and bidding analysis during the tendering/bidding

Other

• Support BAU such as PR to PO conversion, vendor creation, OA creation and maintenance, and SAP system transaction.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance and/or Supply Chain
• Ideally 2 years of experience in procurement and project management
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• ERP transaction and management (SAP) experience
• Power BI/ Pivot or other analytics tools skills
• Good analytical skills and interpersonal communication
