Sales Budget Management:Â Manage the sales budget, including merchandise planning and developing buying strategies aligned with the marketing plan for existing and new brands and product categories.
Stock Management:Â Ensure optimal stock levels, preventing out-of-stock situations and managing slow-moving items within target ranges.
Buying/Merchandising Process:Â Oversee the sourcing and procurement of products to meet retail and operational needs.
Supplier Relationship Management:Â Establish and manage relationships with suppliers while implementing effective category tactics.
Pricing and Product Range Management:Â Review pricing strategies and manage the ongoing product range to optimize sales.
Negotiation and Coordination:Â Handle negotiations and coordination of buying and merchandising activities.
Administrative Oversight:Â Manage administrative tasks, including processing Purchase Orders, monitoring delivery schedules, and liaising with relevant parties on delivery commitments.
Promotion Planning:Â Plan promotions and arrange merchandise displays to enhance product visibility.
Sales Monitoring:Â Monitor sales performance and propose action plans to achieve sales and gross profit targets.
