- Manage procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials and services.
- Communicate effectively with Japanese-speaking stakeholders to meet business requirements.
- Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize supply chain operations.
- Assist in vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all procurement activities.
- Prepare procurement reports and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement strategies with organizational goals.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and supplier performance.
Profile
A Successful Procurement Executive (Japanese Speaker) Should Have
- Proficiency in written and spoken Japanese (min JLPT N3 and above) and English for effective communication with stakeholders.
- Candidate with 1-2 years of experience in preffered; fresh grad are welcomed to apply
- A diploma or degree in related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret procurement data.
- Knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes within the Life Science industry.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining compliance with policies and regulations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in procurement processes.
