The Procurement Senior Executive is a full-time, on-site position based in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves overseeing procurement activities, managing supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with procurement regulations, negotiating contracts, and facilitating cost-effective purchasing strategies. Responsibilities include vendor sourcing and evaluation, handling procurement documentation, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the delivery of procurement objectives. The role also requires continuous market research to identify new opportunities and driving process efficiencies within the procurement function.

• Strong experience in procurement, supplier relationship management, and vendor evaluation
• Proficiency in contract negotiation and cost-effective purchasing strategies
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and procurement documentation processes
• Ability to perform market research and identify innovative procurement opportunities
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage documentation efficiently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in relevant procurement software and tools will be an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
