This role will be based in Petaling Jaya.
Job Description:
- Support procurement activities across assigned Capital, FM & MRO and Indirect categories to achieve operational, commercial, and project objectives
- Lead lower-risk sourcing and tender activities within delegated scope, including RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and recommendations
- Conduct commercial evaluations, quotation analysis, and supplier negotiations covering pricing, payment terms, commercial terms, and delivery requirements
- Coordinate procurement contracts, supplier engagement, tender evaluations, and stakeholder alignment activities across cross-functional teams
- Support supplier performance management, issue resolution, continuous improvement, ESG, sustainability, and compliance initiatives
- Maintain procurement documentation, reporting, savings tracking, spend analysis, and ERP/procurement system updates
- Support delivery of annual cost savings targets and category planning activities
Requirement:
- 3+ years of Procurement/Sourcing experience preferred
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field
- Experience in sourcing, tendering, supplier management and contract coordination. FMCG/ Manufacturing/ Indirect procurement exposure preferred
- Strong analytical skills with ability to evaluate quotations and commercial proposals
- Good negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; SAP / ERP experience preferred
