Key Responsibilit

- ncy.Lead supplier sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and contract management to ensure quality, value, and timely deliv
- ery.Establish and maintain procurement policies and procedures in line with internal standards and regulatory requireme
- nts.Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the supply ch
- ain.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with business ne
- eds.Promote sustainability and ethical sourcing practices across procurement proces

Fleet Manag
- ementDesign and implement fleet strategies to maximise utilisation and minimise operating c
- osts.Oversee acquisition, maintenance, and disposal of company vehicles in line with operational requirem
- ents.Ensure adherence to all legal, safety, and environmental regulations related to fleet operat
- ions.Implement cost optimisation initiatives, including fuel management, leasing strategies, and insurance manage
- ment.Monitor fleet performance using management systems and data analy
- tics.Establish and enforce policies related to driver safety, training, and vehicle u
sage.
Requir
- ementsDegree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; professional certification such as CIPS is an adva
- ntage.Proven experience in procurement and fleet management, ideally within the facilities management s
- ector.Strong negotiation and contract management capabil
- ities.Experience in supplier management and performance tra
- cking.Knowledge of fleet operations, including leasing, maintenance, and regulatory compl
- iance.Strong financial and commercial acumen, with experience in budgeting and cost co
