Are you an expert in S2P/S2C Process Governance We are looking for a high-caliber professional to join our team in Kuala Lumpur for a 12-month mission-critical contract.

This is a role for a Data-Disciplined professional who can balance audit-ready compliance with the speed of a lean, fast-moving organization.

Role Overview:

• Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Local Malaysians Only)
• Tenure: 12-Month Contract
• Experience: 6 10 Years in Procurement Governance / S2P

Your Key Responsibilities:

• System Administration: Support and manage S2C/S2P systems (Ariba, Coupa, SAP, or Oracle) ensuring data integrity and user adoption.
• Performance Frameworks: Build and operate KPI Scorecards, defining metrics and reporting trends for internal and external stakeholders.
• Governance & Audit: Maintain high standards of documentation and process controls to ensure constant audit readiness.
• Stakeholder Influence: Guide and challenge business units to drive behavioral change in tool usage and governance practices.
• Lean Execution: Prioritize high-impact outcomes without over-engineering frameworks.
