This is your role. What part will you play

In this role, you will support the Procurement team in the followings:

Vendor and Supplier Management:

Review, register, and accurately update vendor master information.
Support supplier sourcing and prequalification processes.

Procurement Operations & Processing:

Assist in the end-to-end preparation and processing of procurement documents, including Request for Quotations (RFQs), bid evaluations, and purchase orders.

Internal & External Coordination:

Proactively coordinate with internal departments and stakeholders to understand procurement needs and provide timely updates on procurement-related topics.
Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to track deliveries and resolve any logistical or supply chain issues.
Liaise with internal users regarding Good Receipts to ensure accurate and timely record-keeping.

Documentation & Compliance:

Maintain comprehensive and accurate procurement documentation and records, ensuring full compliance with internal policies and procedures.

Planning & Reporting:

Participate in procurement planning and reporting activities to support strategic decision-making.

General Support:

Provide strategic support and execute additional assignments as required to meet business objectives.

Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.

Able to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Proactive, attention to details, strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge in MS Office applications.
Good command of English (spoken & written).
