Job Description

Procurement intern will have the opportunity to gain hands-on and practical experience in the procurement processes within a retail pharmacy setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the procurement team in the creation and processing of purchase orders and ensuring accuracy and compliance with procurement policies and timely delivery of goods.
  • Work with the inventory team to monitor stock levels and ensure optimal inventory turnover.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and generate reports as needed.
  • Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
  • Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Pharmacy or any related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
