Procurement Junior/Executive

Sidec Sdn Bhd is currently looking for a dedicated, proactive, and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to join our team.

The successful candidate will play an important role in managing procurement activities, vendor coordination, purchasing processes, and ensuring all procurement operations are carried out efficiently and in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirement

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field

✔ 1–3 years of working experience in procurement, purchasing, vendor management, or related field

✔ Experience in handling Purchase Orders (PO), vendor coordination, and procurement processes

✔ Familiar with RFP, RFQ, and RFI processes

✔ Knowledge of procurement policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

✔ Good negotiation, communication, and organizational skills

✔ Able to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently

✔ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibility

• Develop and coordinate procurement plans for programs, projects, and operational requirements

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers, vendors, and contractors

• Prepare, review, and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and procurement documentation

• Handle RFP, RFQ, and RFI processes and vendor evaluations

• Coordinate with vendors, finance teams, and internal stakeholders on procurement matters

• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures

• Maintain procurement records, quotations, invoices, contracts, and vendor documentation

• Support cost control initiatives and procurement process improvements
