Your new role

As a Procurement Manager (EMS), you will be responsible (but not limited to) for the following: -Manage strategic supplier accounts within machine and equipment manufacturing categories, driving sourcing initiatives, supplier selection, and cost optimization aligned to business growth targets.

-Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships, acting as the key escalation point to resolve delivery, quality, and performance issues while ensuring long-term partnership value.
-Lead end-to-end delivery coordination, ensuring timely and in-spec supply of raw materials and components through effective planning, forecasting, and supplier commitment management.
-Balance strategic sourcing responsibilities with operational purchasing activities, leveraging strong commercial acumen to negotiate value-driven agreements and manage delivery contracts.
-Support team growth and scalability as spend increases, while representing procurement processes cross-functionally and driving continuous improvements across supplier management and operational workflows.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experienced in an Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) / specialise in sourcing for commodities related to machineries and equipment (CAPEX)
• Solid understand and exposure in procurement and strategic sourcing capabilities
• Ability to lead and supervise a team of subordinates
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to build supplier relationship with excellent negotiation skills
