Your new role
As a
Procurement Manager, your responsibilities include:
- Oversee end-to-end procurement processes covering both direct and indirect categories within hospitality and F&B.
- Lead and manage a team of buyers, ensuring effective people management and performance development.
- Drive strategic sourcing initiatives, leveraging market insights and trends to optimize cost and supplier value.
- Ensure strong commercial acumen in negotiations, contracts, and supplier relationship management.
- Represent procurement in cross-functional projects, audits, and strategic planning to align with business goals.
What you'll need to succeed
- Endtoend procurement experience in direct and indirect categories across hospitality and F&B line
- Strong commercial acumen with proven negotiation skills
- Strategic thinker with awareness of current market trends
- Industry experience in Hospitality, Retail, and or F&B is preferred
- Strong English and Mandarin language proficiency
