Job Description

_Job Responsibilities:_
  • Lead the generation and alignment of the project capital procurement management plan, from developing procurement strategies through bidding and contracting, as well as how the work will be accomplished.
Possess experience in shipment incoterms, such as LCL/FCL and CIF terms.
  • Possess experience with resources management strategy ie: Suppliers / Manufacturers especially from China, or more countries, in terms of the Construction Industry material related or products.
Monitor supply chain and trends such price changes and shortages of supply, communicate with management on any significant factors that could affect the purchase price.
  • Managing, maintaining and improving resources plan Suppliers/ Vendor sourcing. Including pre-qualification and registration of Suppliers/ Vendors.
Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), Request to Pay (RtP) process.
  • Source and evaluate suppliers to negotiate for best price, terms, meeting requestors specification and delivery schedule.
To ensure that up-to-date procedures are implemented.
  • Obtaining quotations & cost comparison.
Material stock checking and ensuring materials delivery.
  • Sub-contractor/ supplier payment verification.
Follow up submit claim to client after work done if any.
  • Assist on Clients Vendor Registration & Pre-Qualification.
Assist in Tracking and Distribution of incoming general email.
  • Pre and Post show recording for the jobs is handling.
Any other responsibilities assigned by Management.
  • Job Specification:
At least 8 years working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Possess a Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Procurement / supply chain.
Preferably with experience in a similar ID fit-out industry.
The Candidate must be able to communicate in Mandarin through WeChat with the China factory. Possess knowledge or experience to produce Bill of Quantities would be additional advantage.
  • Computer literate and proficient in MS Office application.
Ability to multi-task and work independently as well as in a team.
  • Mature, with an attention to detail and highly resourceful.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM7,
  • 00 - RM8,000.00 per month
