We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Procurement Manager to lead our procurement team (3-4 pax) and play a key role in supplier management, cost-saving initiatives, and compliance with international standards (RBA, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ROSH/REACH).
What Youll Do
- Lead and develop a small procurement team.
- Drive cost-saving projects and build strong supplier networks.
- Manage sourcing and procurement activities via ERP systems.
- Ensure compliance with RBA, ISO, ROSH/REACH standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support automation and smart factory transformation.
- Negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality, delivery, and sustainability.
What Were Looking For
- Diploma in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- Min. 5 years experience in procurement, preferably in manufacturing with at least 2 years leading a team.
- Industry background: Plastics / Rubber / Foam / LSR.
- Exposure to: Medical devices & Semiconductor industries.
- ERP system knowledge.
- Proven success in cost-saving and supplier negotiations.
- Strong knowledge of RBA, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ROSH/REACH.
- Proactive, adaptable, and resourceful team player.
- Language: English & Chinese an advantage.
- Must be able to work at i-Park, Kulai, Johor
- Do not need to apply any Work Pass/Visa to work at Malaysia
