Procurement Manager

Summary of the role

You'll lead contract-manufacturing (Co-man) procurement and strategic sourcing, expanding and managing the contract manufacturer base, driving cost improvement and supplier performance, and partnering cross-functionally to secure supply, quality and service outcomes.

What you'll be doing

• Co-man strategic sourcing: source and select contract manufacturers, run supplier assessments/ evaluations, and build long-term co-man strategy and renewal negotiation plans.
• Cost, value & growth enablers: drive cost improvement programs and optimize product cost structures while maintaining service levels and quality.
• Supplier governance & audits: lead supplier audits, strengthen supplier relationships, and manage ongoing performance reporting (PPV, AOP, category updates).
• Cross-functional execution & documentation: coordinate with internal stakeholders and co-mans on projects, manage RFIs/ specs/ certifications (Halal/ FSQ/ GMO), quotations, contracts, and testing samples.

Requirements

• Degree in any discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in sourcing of contract manufacturer; FMCG industry is preferred.
• Strong sourcing, negotiation and stakeholder management skills; able to run projects independently.
• Working knowledge of HACCP, GMP and food safety requirements; comfortable with plant audits.
• Willing to travel.
