Your Impact
You will play a critical role in ensuring efficient, accurate, and compliant procurement operations. You will support Content Management and Requisition-to-Order processes, maintain master data, and provide expert guidance to internal stakeholders. Your work will directly contribute to operational excellence, stakeholder satisfaction, and continuous improvement across global procurement operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Content Management and Requisition-to-Order tasks by following set processes and service standards (SLAs).
- Keep procurement master data accurate and up to date to support correct purchasing and contract compliance.
- Support stakeholders with reports, guidance, and day-to-day help to ensure smooth and compliant purchasing.
- Fix procurement and data issues quickly by finding the root cause and putting long-term solutions in place.
- Look for ways to improve and simplify processes to increase efficiency and add value to the business.
About you
- High School Certificate or equivalent; proficiency in English required.
- Experience with procurement systems or ERPs (SAP, Ariba, ServiceNow) and MS Office Suite (intermediate).
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, master data management, and issue resolution.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused, with the ability to work collaboratively with global stakeholders.
